Tobacco Softsole #7008

The Tobacco Softsole is cut from thick, soft bullhide in a rich tobacco brown — a men’s moccasin that’s all leather, top to bottom, with no manmade materials anywhere in the build. Leather outer, leather insole, leather lace. It’s the moccasin at its most elemental: nothing between you and the ground but hide.

Softsole construction means exactly what it says — no hard outsole, just supple leather underfoot that molds to your foot with wear. It’s the pair for around the house, the cabin, the campsite, and anywhere you want to feel the floor.

Sizing & Availability

Men’s whole sizes 6–12. FCM moccasins run a full size large — order one size down from your usual shoe size.

Every pair is made in our Fish Creek workshop. If your size isn’t on the shelf, we’ll make it — please allow about 2 weeks.

Care

Softsoles are made for indoors and light outdoor wear — keep them off soaking-wet ground. Brush off dirt when dry and condition the bullhide with leather lotion a couple times a year to keep it supple. If you are looking for an earthing shoe, this is the ticket — made with leather and no synthetic materials between you and the earth. And if they ever need real attention — we repair what we make. Bring them back.
