Every pair we sell is made by hand in our Fish Creek, Wisconsin workshop. Here’s how shipping, returns and exchanges work. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, call us at (920) 868-2100 or email garrett@fishcreekmoccasin.com.

Shipping

  • When your order ships: Most orders ship within 36 hours. Because every pair is handmade, sometimes we need to make yours before it ships. If that will add time, we’ll let you know.
  • Shipping cost: Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Tracking: You’ll get an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

We’re happy to ship outside the United States, at the customer’s expense. Please email us before you order at garrett@fishcreekmoccasin.com with what you’d like and where it’s going, and we’ll get back to you with the shipping cost. Any customs fees, duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns

If your moccasins aren’t right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

  • Tried on indoors only. We can only accept pairs that have been tried on inside, on a clean floor. Moccasins that have been worn outside, have dirt or wear on the soles, or have been stretched can’t be returned.
  • Send them back in the box they came in, with your name and order number.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can’t refund a package we don’t receive.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return. Your bank or card company may take a few days to post it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Send your pair back following the return rules above. You pay the shipping to send them to us, and we pay the shipping on your replacement pair. Call or email us first so we can set aside the size you need.

UPS and FedEx can’t deliver to a P.O. Box, so please use the street address for those.

Custom and Made to Order Pairs

Custom and Made to Order moccasins are made just for you, so they’re final sale. But we guarantee our work and the fit. Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong item, contact us right away at (920) 868-2100 and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
